⦿ Meet conducted under the rules of SNSW Ltd and is Area approved

⦿ Pool entry for swimmers and spectators may apply

⦿ Only members of Revesby Workers SC, Macquarie Fields SC, Nepean Aquatic SC, Bankstown Sports SC, Peakhurst SC, Atlantis SC, Menai SC, Merrylands SC,Camden ASC and Mounties SC are eligible to compete

⦿ The meet director reserves the rights to amend the program and conditions of entry

⦿ All events are timed finals. A one start rule applies. Semi-automatic timing will be used (WYLAS Timing System)

⦿ Entry fees for 25m events are $5 per event. Non-club members can register through our website and are required to pay via bank transfer. Please note that if you register for a 25m event, you are ineligible to participate in the 50m/100m events of the same stroke

⦿ Entries via Swim Central only for all other events

⦿ Entry fees are $10 per individual event – includes the SNSW event levy.

⦿ Entry fees are $11 per club relay team (4x50m)

⦿ Entry fee is free for the 10x50m club relay team

⦿ Relay Entries must be submitted via either Swim Central or our website with payment by the closing date

⦿ 4x50m freestyle mixed relays must contain at least one male and one female swimmer. All swimmers must be from the same club. Relay results will not be uploaded to Swim Central

⦿ Revesby Cup - 10x50m mixed freestyle relays must have 2 boys and 2 girls 13/over, 3 boys and 3 girls 12/under

⦿ Age as at Saturday 27th September 2025

⦿ Entries close Thursday 18th September (or earlier if entry limit is reached)

⦿ Programs available on Revesby Workers SC website and through swim central documents on the Friday prior to the meet.

⦿ Medals awarded in the 100m events: 10/under, 11-12, 13-14, 15-16, 17/over

⦿ Medals awarded in 50m events: 8/under, 9 ,10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16/over

⦿ Swimming of relays is subject to time permitting on the day of the meet

⦿ No refunds will be provided for non-attendance or event withdrawals

⦿ Visiting clubs will be asked to assist with time keeping on the day of the carnival

⦿ All unclaimed medals will be forfeited if not collected by the end of the carnival

⦿ A BBQ will run on the day with food available for purchase
